Step 1: Registration of the need of using foreign labors
A legal entity in Binh Buong Industrial Zone must submit Form No 1 - Explanation of foreign labor usage plan to the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province and wait for their response whether to approve the use of foreign labors.
What should be necessary information in the registration application of the foreign labor usage?
Step 2: Work Permit Application Vietnam and Issuance
Depending on the working form as labour contract or internal transfer, the position, job title being approved by the People's Committee of Binh Duong Province, the company and the foreign workers will prepare necessary documents for the application.
CONDITIONS FOR FOREIGNERS TO GET VIETNAM WORK PERMIT IN BINH DUONG
To get a work permit in Vietnam, applicants must meet the following conditions:

Document #3,4,5 must be consularized before being used in Vietnam
Depending on the working form, the foreign labors must submit some additional documents:
For Labor contract: The document proving that the foreign worker is engaged in the operation of that foreign enterprise includes one of the following documents:
+ Labor contract;
+ The written certification of the employer;
+ Decision to recruit foreign workers;
+ Tax or insurance certificate of the foreign worker.
For Internal transfer:
+ Letter of appointment;
+ Documents proving that the foreign worker has been recruited by the foreign enterprise before working in Vietnam for at least 12 months, including one of the following documents:
a. Labor contract;
b. The written certification of the employer;
c. Decision to recruit foreign workers;
d. Tax or insurance certificate of the foreign worker.
