Vietnam Visa Immigration
Visitors to Vietnam must obtain a visa from one of the Vietnamese embassy, consulate in your country of residence or via agency on arrival. Unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries. All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months
Vietnamese Criminal Record is issued by the competent authorities of Vietnam included Justice Department of provinces, cities and Vietnam National Criminal Record Center. There are 2 forms of Vietnamese Criminal Record Cards, which is the form No. 1 and No. 2
Vietnam Police Check Certificate or Vietnam Criminal Record or Vietnam Police Clearance Certificate or Vietnam Judicial Record Card is issued to all foreigners are living, working in Vietnam or resided in Vietnam. The Police Check Certificate is valid for 6 months only.
